Chasing Bees | Return/Refund Policy

Customers may return their order within 30 days of receiving their goods in exchange for an online store gift voucher OR customers may return goods within 7 days of receiving their order for a full cash refund. 

For International returns you are responsible for the courier fees, taxes and import duties back into South Africa.

We will only refund/exchange once we have received and inspected the item.

*Regrettably no returns/refunds on SALE items

Process of return:

  • Contact info@chasingbees.co.za with your order number and return/refund request.

  • Return goods to Chasing Bees, Plett 

  • Once your parcel has been received in its original condition, unworn and with original swing tickets attached, you will be notified and issued with a voucher/refund.

  • Please note that the original shipping fee will not be included in your credit voucher or refund. The amount issued will be the value paid of the goods only.
